At Limpiezas y Mantenimientos Almansa, we have been offering cleaning and maintenance solutions for over 40 years with a firm commitment: the satisfaction and trust of our customers.
Our story began in 1984, the result of four workers from different sectors coming together who shared the same vision: to create a solid, accessible, high-quality company. Two years later, Antonio Pérez, one of the founding partners, took over the leadership and consolidated the brand as a benchmark in Almansa, remaining the only company in the sector in the town for a decade.
Over the years, we have grown by incorporating new technologies, improving processes and expanding our team, which now has around twenty young, skilled and motivated professionals. In 2025, with the generational change in the hands of Antonio J. Pérez Revert, we began a new phase in which we combined tradition and experience with a renewed approach, expanding our services beyond Almansa to the entire province of Albacete.
